10 And the foundations were of costly stones, great stones, stones of ten cubits and stones of eight cubits.

Verse 10. And particularly is this the case in the natural degree, which is the basis, where are the truths of the understanding and the will in their general forms, derived from remains, and established by conflict against evil, resulting in purification, and a new and eternal state of good.
