9 Vậy, xin ban cho kẻ tôi tớ Chúa tấm lòng khôn sáng, để đoán xét dân sự Ngài và phân biệt điều lành điều dữ; vì ai có thể đoán xét dân rất lớn này của Chúa?

Verse 9. An earnest desire therefore is enkindled in him who is in this celestial state of good, for a clear knowledge of Divine Truth, which shall rule in the church, and enable the member of it accurately to discern good and evil, which can only be done by perception from the Lord.
