19 ὃν τρόπον συνέταξεν κύριος τῷ μωυσῇ καὶ ἐπεσκέπησαν ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ τῇ σινα

Verse 19. And this can only be done by the Lord Himself from His Divine Love by His Divine Truth, when man is passing from a state of instruction in which he is in obscure good from deficiency of truths, to a state of regeneration in which he advances towards a state of good.
