49 אַךְ אֶת־מַטֵּה לֵוִי לֹא תִפְקֹד וְאֶת־רֹאשָׁם לֹא תִשָּׂא בְּתֹוךְ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל׃

Verse 49. That man, at first, shall not be in his true order and arrangement as to good, and that neither can he know his genuine quality as to good by means of truths.
