7 All the cities which you shall give to the Levites shall be forty-eight cities together with their suburbs.

Verse 7. And all the receptacles in the external man are to be in fullness as to good and truth, and are to be continually renewed from the internal or from charity, and this both as to the interiors of the natural and as to the exteriors thereof.
