4 والكليتين والشحم الذي عليهما الذي على الخاصرتين وزيادة الكبد مع الكليتين ينزعها.

Verse 4. In the middle degree as to discriminating truths and the affection thereof, by which the conjunction of truth with good is effected; and in the interior degree where the conjunction of good with truth is effected, all these varieties of good being separated.
