12 En Josafat zeide: Des HEEREN woord is bij hem. Zo togen tot hem af de koning van Israel, en Josafat, en de koning van Edom.

Verse 12. While faith from charity testifies to the Divine character of the Word, and hence the internal and external of the corrupted man are disposed, from selfish motives, to consult it.
