15 ויפקד את נערי שרי המדינות ויהיו מאתים שנים ושלשים ואחריהם פקד את כל העם כל בני ישראל שבעת אלפים׃

Verse 15. The consequence of which perception is, that he studies the quality of the primary truths of the Word, which are conjoined with good and are completely adapted to conflict against evil; and also the quality of truths in general which lead to a holy state of good;
