24 For he had dominion over all [the region] on this side the River, from Tiphsah even to Gaza, over all the kings on this side the River: and he had peace on all sides around him.

Verse 24. For the government of Divine Love, in the perfected man of the celestial church or state, embraces the whole region of the mind including all things of love and all things of faith; and he is in a state of perpetual peace.
