Verse 1. And the Lord instructs the regenerating through the Word, and enforces upon them that it is essential they should be careful to obey the laws of Divine order and the decisions of Divine Wisdom in every step of life which are perceived to be right, that the Divine will may be impressed upon the memory, imbue the understanding, and be carried out in the life.
