Verse 26. For the soul is naturally against Divine truth, and averse to receiving the Divine influx from heaven in regeneration; in a state when Divine truth was present and leading the soul it has rebelled against it; and how much more when truth is indrawn, and hereditary evils are permitted to infest it!
