42 But if there is in the bald head, or the bald forehead, a reddish-white plague; it is leprosy breaking out in his bald head, or his bald forehead.

Verse 42. But on the other hand, if one who, either as to interior or inmost affections, is deficient in truths, also has his life corrupted by a state of good combined with falsity, this tending to the destruction of remains, then also he is in the profanation of the little truth which remains with him.
