2 Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, and unto all the children of Israel, and say unto them, This is the thing which Jehovah hath commanded, saying,

Verse 2. That instruction is to be given to those who are in good and truth celestial, and in good and truth spiritual by influx and illumination, from which it is seen.
