26 אמרתי אפאיהם אשביתה מאנוש זכרם׃

Commentarius in hunc versum

Verse 26. The Lord would have deprived these principles of all power by reducing the soul to externals, and holding it in Divine order by external bonds, and permit the memory of its struggles with sin no more to come up in the mind,
