35 Тоді один чоловік із пророчих синів сказав до свого ближнього за Господнім словом: Удар мене! Та відмовився той чоловік ударити його.

Commentarius in hunc versum

Verse 35. But it is the dictate of Divine Truth from the Word of the Lord to the man of the church, that evil is destructive of good, and that, therefore, it should be resisted internally as well as externally, thus that temptation should be endured; but the corrupted church cannot endure spiritual temptations.
