33 Ιδοντες δε οι αμαξαρχαι οτι δεν ητο ο βασιλευς του Ισραηλ, επεστρεψαν απο της καταδιωξεως αυτου.

Verse 33. But falsities and evils, on being brought into conflict with genuine principles of goodness and truth, are also affected by the sphere of charity thence proceeding, so that thus those in faith from charity are protected, and temptation ceases.
