Verse 40. And further still, there is revelation from the Lord by Divine Truth, or the Divine Law, that the man of the Spiritual Church should know from the Lord, his quality as to faith, which is first with him in the order of time, even from its commencement to the acquisition of charity, by careful self-examination.
