5 And the messengers came again, and said, Thus speaks Ben-Hadad saying: I sent to thee indeed, saying, Thou shalt deliver me thy silver, and thy gold, and thy wives, and thy children;

Verse 5. On which account the influx from the hells, with such, becomes more persistent in claiming for the natural man the knowledges of truth and goodness with the affections of truth and the truths themselves, which properly belong to the spiritual man;
