45 Take the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the sons of Israel, and the cattle of the Levites instead of their cattle; and the Levites shall be mine; I am Yehowah.

Verse 45. That charity is truly the primary principle of the church, both as to internals and externals, as derived from the Lord, Who alone is life itself.
