12 And those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Simeon, the prince of the sons of Simeon being Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai,

Verse 12. And those who are in the principle of obedience from the good of truth, have their position in the middle degree of the middle heaven; and the general principle from which they act is obedience giving peace with God, and founded on the power of faith from charity.
