18 And the general of the army took Seraias the chief priest, and Sophonias the second priest, and three doorkeepers.

Verse 18. And yet the corrupted natural man perverts and destroys celestial good, which is primary, and spiritual good, which is secondary, and the natural good thence derived by which is the entrance to higher good.
