4 and also the innocent blood that he hath shed, and he filleth Jerusalem with innocent blood, and Jehovah was not willing to forgive.

Verse 4. Also because those who confirm evil states by falsities, destroy in themselves the remains of good and truth, even to total rejection, and therefore they cannot be reformed.
