34 พระเยโฮวาห์ได้ทรงสดับเสียงคำพูดของท่านทั้งหลาย จึงทรงกริ้วและปฏิญาณว่า

Verse 34. Thus the unregenerate heart rejects the guidance of the Lord, and hence it is a law of Divine order proceeding from the Providence of the Lord which foresees and arranges all things.
